Overview
As Product Manager for Italy, you will empower boutiques, drive growth of product categories through strategic launches and local animations, and align with regional teams to execute the Maison's strategy. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to translate local market insights into actionable plans and ensure operational excellence. You will lead launches, training, and tools to support local sales while monitoring performance and stock. This role offers impact across the Italian market within a prestigious, collaborative luxury maison that values diversity and expertise.

Responsabilità
- Act as ambassador for Italian marketing and product strategy; participate in yearly planning and contribute local ideas
- Benchmark competitors, analyze market landscape, and advise proactive positioning
- Collaborate with Boutiques to ensure alignment with local needs
- Lead local product launches using the 360 toolbox and cross-functional guidelines (animations, stories, events, PR)
- Provide forecasts, manage allocations between Boutiques, and train local teams on new products
- Gather feedback on new collections and coordinate for reports and post-event analyses
- Create/adapt tools for local sales (launch documents, newsletters)
- Oversee product topics including collections highlighting and visual merchandising approvals
- Create/adapt event materials and collaborate on regional tools (HJ event Booklet, price lists)
- Propose local sales budgets and Latest Estimates; monitor performance and define action plans
- Manage stock and forecasts; address shortfalls and escalate risks
- Adjust assortments, share range status with Boutiques, and implement sales-boosting actions
- Address counterfeit issues with RCH IP team
- Coordinate stock transfers and manage unique pieces distribution for events
- Manage CPs stock transfers and box rotations; handle availability requests
- Validate pricing, flag discrepancies, and escalate pricing legislation changes with Retail
- Process special orders (CCL, JW) with HQ and Region; monitor progress, timing, and transformation rate
