Overview
As Privacy & Data Governance Analyst at QVC Group, you help advance privacy compliance and governance across global operations. You build and maintain data maps, collaborate with IT, security, legal, and business teams, and support privacy initiatives and data verification. The role blends analytical work with cross-functional stakeholder engagement to strengthen data handling in line with standards and regulations. This position offers exposure to a growing privacy program within a dynamic live shopping company.

Responsabilità
- Develop, update, and maintain company data maps covering personal data across systems and processes
- Lead or support data processing information collection and validation with business stakeholders
- Collaborate with IT, Information Security, eCommerce, Analytics/Marketing, Legal, and People teams
- Support privacy and information governance projects including privacy rights compliance and data verification
- Identify and document data retention requirements across systems and processes
- Improve governance processes, controls, and documentation
- Handle additional team, administrative, and local office tasks as needed
Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience in IT, Compliance, Data Management, Data Privacy, IT support, or related field
- Understanding of privacy principles, regulations, and governance practices
- Desire to develop expertise in privacy and regulatory landscape
- Familiarity with privacy-by-design concepts in tech or cloud environments
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to take ownership and influence stakeholders
- Very good written and verbal English communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, Visio)
- Experience with TrustArc or similar privacy management tool would be an asset
