Overview
As Product Manager for the Initial Due Diligence team, you own the vision and execution of the KYC/KYB workflow engine and drive a scalable onboarding experience for tens of thousands of organizations. You collaborate with engineering, risk, compliance, and operations to balance fast delivery with regulatory obligations. You’ll manage vendor relationships and design tooling to streamline reviews, contributing to a major infrastructure rebuild aimed at scalability and compliance.
Responsabilità
- Define and own the product vision for the Initial Due Diligence workflow engine across multi-country, form, and risk scenarios
- Manage end-to-end customer KYC journey to optimize conversion while ensuring compliance
- Lead vendor management for KYC providers to balance cost and quality across regions
- Design tooling for Ops teams to streamline manual reviews and high-risk flows
- Contribute to a 12–18 month infrastructure rebuild to scale onboarding for tens of millions of organizations
Requisiti fondamentali
- Proven PM track record on scalable onboarding systems, identity verification, or backend compliance workflows
- Deep technical understanding of KYC and KYB processes and familiarity with European regulations
- Experience evaluating, integrating, and managing external vendors (e.g., ID verification) at scale
- Strong collaboration with risk, compliance, and operations teams to translate regulatory needs into product features
- Enjoys tackling complex backend workflow logic and building engines for high-volume validations
