On a day-to-day basis, you will resolve a broad range of HR matters in partnership with business stakeholders and Nike HR teams.
You will provide consultative support and coaching across key HR areas, including employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training, DEI, and legal and regulatory topics.
- You will use technology (Service Now and Workday) to manage cases effectively and generate insights that enable informed decision-making for the teammate population.
- You will deliver integrated People Solutions across the Nike business at-scale and run offense on complex support needs.
This includes guiding teammates through more complex matters, delivering training, managing policies, supporting PSC Leads and functional HRBPs through HR cycles (e. g.
