Puratos is seeking an R&D Process Specialist to strengthen the R&D team in Italy, Viadana. You will industrialize, validate and optimize Plant Based Solutions and Fruit Fillings for scalable production, bridging R&D and Operations to ensure smooth transfer to manufacturing.
You will drive pilot and factory trials, support formulation improvements, cost-saving initiatives and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Quality, Engineering and Product Development teams.
