Your contribution to Prysmian's Success: We are looking for a Transformation Office Senior Analyst to join our office in Milan, HQ, reporting to Head of Transformation Office. The Transformation Office Senior Analyst is a core contributor to the Transmission Transformation Office and acts as a key execution and analytical engine behind strategic and operational transformation initiatives. The role bridges strategy and execution, supporting leadership decisions on growth, capital allocation, industrial footprint, and operational excellence. This position requires strong business acumen, the ability to work across functions, and the credibility to engage with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and structure strategic assessments supporting Transformation business cases
  • Drive M&A‑related analyses, including target screening, synergy assessment, and integration support
  • Lead make‑or‑buy evaluations and cost‑benefit analyses in close collaboration with Operations, Installation, Engineering, and Finance
  • Contribute to BU‑wide CapEx prioritization by assessing strategic fit, financial returns, and risk profile of investment proposals
  • Coordinate and facilitate cross‑functional workshops, steering discussions toward fact‑based decisions and alignment
  • Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs linked to transformation initiatives, identifying improvement levers and performance gaps
  • Prepare clear, concise, and impactful executive‑level presentations and decision materials for senior management

You are the right fit if you have

  • 5–8 years of professional experience in operations, installation, project management, strategy, or business analysis
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, with experience building and challenging business cases
  • Proven track record in cross‑functional project management and stakeholder coordination
  • Solid understanding of industrial, project‑based, or infrastructure‑related businesses
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority
  • Problem‑solving mindset and willingness to actively contribute to a transformation journey
  • University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Fluent in English; Italian is a plus

  • Gross annual salary no less than: € 48.000
