Overview
In this role you will directly supervise Consultants, manage client-facing engagements, and help teams raise their technical and professional capabilities. You will identify risk areas and process improvements while applying Protiviti methodologies. You’ll work on credit risk and financial models across client environments and build strong client relationships. The position offers a hands-on, impactful path in risk and compliance consulting with opportunities to shape client outcomes. This role suits a senior professional who thrives in fast-paced, client-driven projects and cross-functional teamwork.
Responsabilità
- Supervise consultants and train project personnel
- Review, document, evaluate, and test credit risk and financial models
- Communicate model strengths and weaknesses to clients and teams
- Ensure timely completion of project phases
- Develop and maintain effective client relationships
- Apply Protiviti policies and methodologies
- Apply understanding of business processes and technical skills to project work
- Understand project requirements and client business
- Prepare timely project status reports with findings and recommendations
Requisiti fondamentali
- Operational risk management and credit risk management experience
- Quantitative risk management and/or economic capital experience
- Banking environment experience
- Project management and supervisory skills
- Interpersonal skills for team and client interaction
- Strong written communication and documentation
- Strong analytical abilities
