Working closely with Engineering, Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Manufacturing, you will contribute to the successful delivery of customized power solutions while developing your technical and project management skills.**Key Responsibilities*** Support the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects from kick-off to completion.* Coordinate project activities across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, and other internal functions to ensure project milestones are achieved.* Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and technical documentation, identifying potential risks and supporting mitigation actions.* Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and technical documentation.* Support communication with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.* Assist in managing engineering changes, technical reviews, and project documentation.* Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with customer requirements, technical specifications, and company standards.* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing project execution and cross-functional collaboration.**Requirements*** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Energy Engineering or Economics.* Up to 2 years of experience in engineering, project management, or industrial environments.* Basic understanding of project management principles and engineering processes.* Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Smartsheet or other project management tools is considered a plus.* Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.* Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites and manufacturing facilities.**Place Of Work*** Casole d'Elsa (SI)If you feel you have the right skill set to meet the role then please do not hesitate to contact us.
