Overview
In this role you lead the Automation Engineering, Maintenance, and Internal Logistics functions to drive safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing. You partner with Operations, Technology, Supply Chain, and Process Engineering to deliver operational excellence, capital investments, and regulatory compliance. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team and shape engineering, maintenance, and logistics strategies to improve productivity and reliability. This is a hands-on leader role focused on scalable process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilità
- Lead automation engineering strategy and project planning for new and existing assets
- Manage capital investment plans and spending forecasts for automation
- Oversee design, installation, commissioning, and optimization of automated production equipment
- Drive maintenance excellence, TPM adoption, and maintenance digitalization initiatives
- Lead Internal Logistics and Warehouse operations, optimizing material flow and layouts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Technology, and Supply Chain to deliver integrated site outcomes
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external contractors for projects
- Ensure compliance with EHS, ISO, IATF, and plant management systems
- Govern project documentation, change management, and progress reporting to leadership
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Automation, or related engineering discipline
- Strong knowledge of automation systems, maintenance management, and industrial engineering practices
- Experience in warehouse operations and supply chain coordination
- Knowledge of utilities engineering and chemical process risk management
- Proven track record managing capital projects in a manufacturing setting
- Minimum 7 years of management experience in manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience managing external suppliers, contractors, and service providers
- Proven project management experience with budgeting and capital investments
