KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Working within a post office branch, the Financial Advisor will have the opportunity to work closely with customers and other professionals, gaining in-depth knowledge of Poste Italiane’s products and services while carrying out the following activities:

• Promoting and selling financial, insurance, and investment products/services in compliance with applicable regulations, operational and administrative procedures, and quality standards.
• Strengthening customer relationships through active listening and by identifying and meeting customer needs.
• Managing and expanding a personal customer portfolio through effective planning and organization of activities.
• Pursuing continuous professional development.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking graduates with at least two years of experience in the role of Financial Advisor, holding an Italian/German bilingualism certificate (minimum required level: B1), with strong interpersonal and communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

To participate in the selection process, applicants must submit:

• A copy of the Italian/German bilingualism certificate.
• A copy of the linguistic group membership certificate.

Successful candidates will have access to a dedicated training program designed to develop key competencies through on-the-job coaching, targeted mentoring, and specialized technical training on processes, procedures, and products.

WHAT WE OFFER

For this position, the minimum Gross Annual Salarycorresponds to the amount established by the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for non-executive employees of Poste Italiane, with reference to Grade B under a full-time employment contract.

Any remuneration above this minimum level will be assessed and determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria, taking into account the candidate's experience, skills, and professional profile as verified during the selection process.
