Your Role
As a Financial Advisor, you will operate within a post office environment, working closely with customers and cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in delivering financial and advisory services while supporting clients in achieving their financial goals.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Promoting and selling financial, insurance, and investment products in compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements;
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through active listening and tailored advisory;
- Managing and growing your client portfolio through structured planning and consistent engagement;
- Ensuring continuous professional development and upskilling.
Who We Are Looking For
Graduates with at least two years of experience in the role, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset.

What We Offer
For this position, the minimum Gross Annual Salary (RAL) is equal to that established by the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for non-executive employees of Poste Italiane (which should be referred to for the exact amount), corresponding to Level B under a full-time employment contract.
Any remuneration above the minimum starting salary will be assessed and determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria, taking into account the experience, skills and professional profile effectively verified during the selection process.
The compensation package also includes:
- participation in a sales incentive scheme linked to the achievement of performance targets
- a performance bonus in accordance with the company agreements in force from time to time
- a customer relationship allowance
- meal vouchers
- private health insurance
- and access to the company welfare programme.
