POP MART ITALY S.R.L. is seeking a confident Store Manager to lead the opening of a new Milan City Centre store. You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, oversee daily operations, and deliver outstanding customer experiences while hitting sales targets.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience in dynamic multinational retail, preferably in fashion or luxury, and are fluent in Italian and English. Excel skills and knowledge of retail KPIs are an advantage.
