Account Manager Healthcare Informatics South Italy

Developing and executing strategic account plans for complex accounts in the district (South Italy) driving significant sales growth, profitability, and customer loyalty. This role centers on understanding each customer’s specific business need and providing tailored value propositions within our Enterprise Informatics solutions, being the orchestrator of the partnerships with the assigned accounts.

Your role

  • Building trusted, senior-level partnerships with a number of key accounts in the District South, aligning solutions with customer objectives.
  • Leading cross-functional collaboration within marketing, services and supply chain teams to deliver tailored, innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Managing high-value negotiations and securing strategic agreements that support sustainable growth.
  • Conducting market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, informing strategic planning.
  • Ensuring compliance with business processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Delivering compelling presentations to senior audiences, clearly articulating value propositions.
  • Playing a key role in transformative projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, enriching customer experience, and achieving favourable business outcomes.

You’re the right fit if you have

  • Master or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a sales or account management role within the Healthcare or Medical Devices industry, preferably within Healthcare Informatics solutions (RIS-PACS-LIS- HIS).
  • Ability to independently manage local accounts, coordinate necessary actions, and ensure timely achievement of results.
  • Solid expertise in relevant marketing and sales strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and process management.
  • Basic financial understanding.
  • Capable of conducting independent negotiations with customers, aligning with established guidelines and sales plans.
  • Experience delivering presentations at an account management level.
  • Frequent interaction with customers and/or cross-functional teams, including collaboration with other company divisions or units.
  • Fluency in English and Italian (local language required).

Compensation and benefits

The base salary range for this role is € 55,575 – €92,625.

This role is eligible for a sales incentive, with your rewards linked to your commercial KPI’s.
