Ensures timely, cost-effective, and reliable transportation of goods across Europe, translating supply plans into efficient transport execution while collaborating with warehouses, carriers, and customer service teams.

• Plan and schedule transportation activities
• Coordinate with 3PLs, carriers, customs brokers, and warehouses
• Optimize transport routes, loads, and costs
• Monitor transport performance and resolve issues
• Ensure documentation and compliance (export/import instructions)
• Collaborate with Supply Planning, Customer Service, and Logistics
• Contribute to projects and process improvement
• Support sustainability goals (CO₂ optimization)

• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Economic fields
• 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistic, Planning
• Proficiency in English
• Experience with TMS (e.g., SAP TM, Oracle TMS)
• Excel and transport tools knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Problem-solving mindset
• Knowledge of European transport and Incoterms
• Familiarity with shipment documentation (export declarations, T1/T2, CMR, packing lists)
• Understanding of transport cost structures and KPIs
• Experience with logistics providers

The position offers a gross annual salary starting from €32,000. Additional compensation and company benefits may also apply and will be discussed and defined during the selection process and on an individual basis.
