Overview
In this role you support the AIT Manager in preparing, executing and monitoring all AIT activities for a satellite project. You will work closely with the AIT team to analyse architectures, prepare plans and procedures, and coordinate test campaigns in clean room and lab environments. The position offers hands-on involvement in mechanical and electrical integration, environmental tests and launch campaigns, with opportunities to interact with internal and external stakeholders. You will contribute to reviews and documentation to keep the project on schedule and quality targets.
Responsabilità
- Analyse item architecture documentation and requirements (mechanical/electrical drawings, user manuals)
- Support the preparation and maintenance of the AIT Plan and AIT Flow
- Verify input readiness for AIT activities (requirements, schedules, manuals)
- Coordinate and monitor AIT documentation (procedures, dashboards, As-run, IRR, TRR, PTR)
- Prepare procedures and test scripts for integration and testing activities
- Contribute to defining support equipment and test setups (MGSE, EGSE)
- Support clean room and lab integration environments and instrumentation
- Assist or lead mechanical and electrical AIT integration and testing in clean room and lab
- Coordinate external/internal test facilities and environmental/launch campaigns
- Participate in AIT-related reviews (IRR, TRR, PTR, NRB, Progress Meetings)
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or similar
- ≥3 years professional AIT experience
- Experience with Space industry documentation (user manuals, architecture, design and test requirements)
- Ability to identify root causes and define solutions
- Strong interpersonal and reporting skills for internal and customer communication
- Willingness to work long-term missions and outside regular hours
- Knowledge of quality principles in Space and clean room environments
- Proficiency with MS Office tools including MS Project
- Experience with CAD Viewer software
- Fluent in English
- Good interpersonal skills
