Overview
In this role, you will drive end user computing through the Microsoft 365 Endpoint & Apps platform, shaping Unified Endpoint Management strategies and secure device management. You will work within a global Digital Workplace Services team to optimize on-premises and cloud solutions, maintaining Intune-based deployments and end-user support. You’ll implement security policies, automate deployments, and train internal customers, contributing to a modern, hybrid IT environment. This opportunity offers global collaboration, hands-on impact, and exposure to cutting-edge endpoint technologies.

Responsabilità
- Implement, configure and manage Microsoft Intune for device management and security
- Develop and implement UEM strategies including software distribution, patch management and endpoint security
- Manage End User Computing cloud services to support business objectives
- Implement security policies and ensure data protection and compliance
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot with 1st and 2nd level teams
- Create, maintain and update software packages for automated deployment
- Automate repetitive tasks to improve compliance and efficiency
- Conduct training sessions and provide technical guidance to internal customers
- Create and maintain technical documentation and best practices
- Define corporate hardware standards and lifecycle with partners
- Stay updated with IT trends and recommend improvements
Requisiti fondamentali
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 5 years in a similar role with focus on Microsoft and client management technologies
- Excellent customer service orientation and understanding of international industrial group needs
- Strong problem-solving, analytical skills and self-initiative
- Team player capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts
- Fluent in Italian and English; German a plus
