Overview
In this role you will support a major automotive client within NTT DATA's Managed Services, ensuring continuous network operation and SLA achievement from the Rome site.
You will collaborate with a global team to deliver reliable service, handle on-site tasks, and respond to incidents with on-call coverage.
You will drive improvements in configuration, troubleshooting, and performance, helping to maintain high customer satisfaction.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional position that blends technical rigor with service delivery.
- Responsabilità
- On-site daily service delivery at the Rome site
- Execute standard changes (AP, Switch, etc.) and coordinate handover to Operations
- Local troubleshooting and configuration
- Break & fix support
- Support major changes
- Manage local spare parts
- Assist with performance testing and tuning
- Equipment configuration cleaning and hardening
- Backup/DR testing support
- Produce reports and dashboards
- Escalate unresolved issues to Central NOC
- Requisiti fondamentali
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Team-oriented and collaborative
- Eager to learn
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (Service Now)
- Ability to follow scripts and documented procedures
- Confidence in troubleshooting hardware/software
- 6-12 months of service delivery experience
- Fluent in Italian
- English proficiency for international environments
