Overview
As Senior Network & Security Technical Lead, you will guide the Global Network Operations team in delivering and evolving mission-critical network and security infrastructures for a major luxury industry client. You’ll collaborate with Architects, PMO, and multiple stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives across countries. The role blends hands-on deployment leadership with technical escalation and governance, driving excellence in Cisco and Palo Alto environments. This is a chance to shape global enterprise infrastructure in a fast-paced, international setting with a focus on security and reliability.

Responsabilità
- Act as Technical Lead for the engineering team and coordinate assignments
- Collaborate with PMO to define priorities and manage resources
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations
- Serve as highest-level escalation point for complex networking and security issues (L4)
- Lead technical governance meetings
- Oversee delivery of Cisco and Palo Alto deployment and migration projects
- Troubleshoot in multi-vendor environments
- Lead Root Cause Analysis for major incidents
- Ensure compliance with customer standards, security policies, and change management processes
Requisiti fondamentali
- 8+ years in Enterprise Network and Security environments
- 2+ years in a technical lead role
- Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex infrastructure projects
- Strong expertise in Cisco Enterprise Networking (Routing & Switching, Nexus, BGP, OSPF)
- Advanced knowledge of Palo Alto Networks (NGFW, Panorama, GlobalProtect, IPSec VPN)
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills
- Experience in international enterprise environments
- Certifications such as CCNP/CCIE and PCNSE are required
