Overview
In this role, you lead the design of large, complex managed service solutions for top enterprise clients, translating business needs into IT strategies and roadmaps. You work across multiple domains and geographies, guiding cross-functional teams and shaping governance and architectural outcomes. You collaborate with sales on pre-sales activities and craft value-driven, end-to-end solutions. You will influence strategy with a focus on measurable business value and disruptive innovations. This is a high-impact, client-facing architecture leadership role within a global AI and digital infrastructure leader.
Responsabilità
- Lead the design of large, complex managed service solutions across domains and geographies
- Partner with sales to drive presales activities, including meetings, proposals, and presentations
- Translate client business strategy into IT strategy/roadmaps and position end-to-end portfolio
- Guide internal teams to map business requirements to technical solutions and service architectures
- Integrate services, processes, data, and technology across multiple domains
- Share best practices to enrich company knowledge base for clients and teams
- Develop business cases and roadmaps to optimize IT operations and value delivery
- Define architectural principles and drive governance to achieve outcomes
- Create As-Is, Vision, FMO and To-Be service architectures and transition roadmaps
- Synthesize technology trends with client strategy to deliver value-driven solutions
Requisiti fondamentali
- Extensive experience in a consulting IT role within large-scale, multinational technology services
- Broad knowledge across Enterprise Architecture, Managed Services, and multiple solution areas
- Strong ability to communicate clearly in writing and speech
- Significant systems thinking and strategic thinking skills
- Financial acumen with cost-benefit analysis and budget management for teams
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and conflict resolution abilities
- Deep knowledge of infrastructure strategies including IaaS, PaaS, security, networks, compute, and storage
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
- Knowledge of cloud governance, Agile, and devSecOps practices
- Experience in pre-sales and client engagement with opportunity recognition
