Location: The Nikki Beach Cocktail Club, Porto Cervo
Season: May 25th to September 10th (shorter contracts available)
Opening Hours: 18:00 – 01:00
Contract: Italian CCNL Industria Turistica, D1 level

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Commis Runner to support our Cocktail Waiters and floor team. You will be essential in keeping the venue running smoothly, supporting service, assisting with set-up and closing, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the back‑of‑house operations run seamlessly.
This role is perfect for someone eager to gain experience in a fast‑paced, high‑end environment and to develop a deep understanding of premium hospitality operations.
Prerequisites
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
- Team player with a flexible, proactive approach
- Previous experience in hospitality is a plus but not required
- Must have the right to work in Italy full‑time (we do not sponsor visas)
