Overview
In this role you will lead the Regional Vet Advisor structure to strengthen veterinary endorsement for Purina brands. You will work with cross-functional teams to expand distribution and advocate scientific credibility through clinics, universities, and events. You will develop and coach a high-performing team, enhance KOL engagement, and manage vet-focused activities to support national sales objectives. This is a field-based leadership position that blends science communication with commercial growth in the Vet Channel.

Responsabilità
- Manage the Regional Vet Advisor structure and Vet Advocacy Advisor FTEs
- Communicate the technical and commercial benefits of Purina products to veterinary practices
- Oversee scientific communication activities in the veterinary field (clinics, universities, events, congresses)
- Manage Purina CRM tools and databases; plan/direct a calendar of Direct to Vet activities
- Build and monitor Vet Advisor activities to maximize national business objectives
- Develop a high-performing team through coaching and leadership
- Increase Purina advocacy and KOL involvement in scientific prescription
Requisiti fondamentali
- Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience in the veterinary industry, pharmaceutical companies, or nutrition companies (preferred)
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Strong stakeholder and people management skills
- Experience in managing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and influencing skills
- Strong commercial mindset and entrepreneurial approach to business development
- Veterinary Medicine degree preferred
