Overview
As Packing Engineer, you will lead the implementation and start-up of capital investment projects at the new manufacturing site. You will work within Nestlé standards to coordinate design, contracting and execution, ensuring safety and sustainability. You’ll engage with cross-functional teams to deliver on project briefs and achieve reliable, scalable packaging solutions. Responsabilità
- Define project scope considering site constraints and design requirements
- Develop and validate engineering project concepts
- Organize and manage project execution
- Mobilize internal and external resources
- Coordinate with plant design and align with Nestlé standards
- Select and qualify contractors and oversee their work
- Ensure contractor activities comply with Nestlé standards
- Support Vertical Project Manager in briefing reviews
- Promote environmentally friendly and sustainable solutions
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3-5 years experience in capital investment projects development and implementation in food industry
- HSE: determine methods to minimize injury or damage
- Factory operations experience
- University degree in Engineering
- Fluency in English (Italian a plus)
