Overview
As an Operations Start-Up Leader, you drive vertical start-up and sustained performance for a new manufacturing site. You’ll work within a CAPEX project team to align design, permits, staffing, and training with site constraints. You manage the master startup plan for commissioning and verification, ensuring timely certifications and a smooth handover to operations. This role connects cross-functional teams to deliver a safe, efficient start-up that supports Nestlé Purina’s quality and continuous improvement goals.

Responsabilità
- Support User Requirements Specifications by identifying local operational constraints
- Coordinate product/process permits and licenses with project, quality, and regulatory teams
- Coordinate staffing and training activities, including TT&T programs
- Manage availability of raw/pack/consumables and production planning during start-up
- Develop and manage master startup plan for commissioning, qualification, and verification
- Coordinate operational team during start-up and ensure certifications are completed on time
- Ensure effective handover of the project to the operational team with the Manufacturing dossier (MD)
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3–5 years of production leadership experience (production manager or line supervisor)
- Approx. 3–5 years as factory pillar leader (AM or PM pillar leader)
- Fluency in English; Italian a plus
- University Degree in Engineering
- Experience running manufacturing projects (e.g., Product specialist, Process engineer, Application group)
- Safety-consciousness and housekeeping (5S)
- ability to train and coach people
