Overview
As a Logistics Engineer at Nestlé Purina, you will oversee the implementation and start-up of capital investment projects at a new manufacturing site, ensuring alignment with Nestlé standards. You will work within the manufacturing projects team to design, organize, and coordinate resources, engaging with internal and external partners to deliver safe, efficient, and sustainable solutions. You’ll address site constraints, supervise contractor activities, and promote continuous improvement in line with quality and safety goals. Responsabilità
- Define project scope considering site constraints and design requirements
- Advance engineering project concepts and organize execution
- Mobilize internal and external resources to support project delivery
- Coordinate with plant design and manage contractor selection and activities
- Ensure Nestlé standards and safety/environment expectations are applied
- Support vertical project brief reviews with the Vertical Project Manager
- Promote sustainable and environment-friendly solutions
Requisiti fondamentali
- University Degree in Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in capital investment projects development and implementation in food industry
- Fluency in English required; Italian knowledge is a plus
