Overview
In this role you will lead MES-E&A management and operation to support manufacturing systems, electricity and automation activities during CAPEX projects. You will help build engineering capability, drive industrialisation of technical solutions, and ensure safety, quality and compliance. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver on-time, on-budget projects that enhance plant performance and product safety. This is a hands-on, cross-functional engineering leadership role at Purina, offering growth within a global manufacturing network.

Responsabilità
- Build engineering capability for MES-E&A personnel and ensure competency plans are in place
- Lead industrialisation of CAPEX projects to meet standards, quality, time, and budget
- Manage assets with focus on safety of people, products and environment; implement site tools and M&I activities
- Define and enforce standards for MES-E&A installations, ensure documentation (SLD, URS, FDS, calibration) is up-to-date, and manage Change Control
- Drive continuous improvement through deep process/product knowledge and safe, compliant operations
- Participate in startup of equipment/production lines and support self-management with KPIs
- Exposure to maintenance planning and TPM practices a plus
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3/5 years in Automation and/or MES engineering with electrical experience
- experience supervising technical teams or contractors
- participation in multidisciplinary engineering projects (Electrical and Automation) including CAPEX involvement
- understanding of MES-E&A solutions and project life-cycle
