NatPower Italia is seeking a Legal Specialist to support renewable energy project development in Italy, focusing on real estate contracts, land rights, and powers of attorney. You will coordinate with notaries, land registries and authorities to ensure proper land rights management.
Additionally, you will handle general contract law, corporate matters, NDAs, intra-group contracts and corporate secretarial tasks, with occasional cross-border involvement in MoUs and related activities.
