Overview
In this role you will contribute GEOINT data analysis to support NATO operations at JFC Naples. You will work within the Geospatial Support Section to generate actionable intelligence and enhance situational awareness for planning and operations. You will collaborate with intelligence, planners and COIs, and develop AI-assisted analytics for big-data. This position offers exposure to multinational teams and a chance to shape GEOINT capabilities for joint missions.

Responsabilità
- Collect geo-located information from military or open-source sources
- Analyse geo-located information from unstructured documents
- Evaluate big-data for actionable intelligence and geospatial analysis
- Coordinate with Staff Assistant data manager to ensure geospatial information availability
- Collaborate with intelligence analysts, planners and COIs to support operations and planning
- Develop AI models for semi-automated analysis of big-data
- Provide training, documentation, and technical guidance to users and stakeholders
- Participate in the GEOINT/IMINT working group
Requisiti fondamentali
- Minimum 4 years as geospatial analyst in a military organization
- Minimum 2 years as geospatial data manager in a military organization
- Strong knowledge of GIS (ArcGIS, ERDAS Imagine)
- Cartography and geodesy foundation
- Solid AI, machine learning concepts and programming for automated data analysis
- Proficiency in Python or R for geospatial data processing
- SQL for geospatial data storage
- Familiarity with web-based GIS and geospatial web services
- Experience with military intelligence workflows
- Experience with Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield or similar process
- Experience with ArcGIS Online or Enterprise
- Adaptable and proactive
