Overview
In this role you ensure optimal performance and reliability of solar power systems. You monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot installations while analyzing performance data to drive improvements. You collaborate with cross‑functional teams and field technicians to maximize energy production and ensure safe, compliant operations. This position offers the chance to influence system design and operational practices in a growing renewable energy company. You will work at scale, combining hands‑on maintenance with data‑driven optimization.
Responsabilità
- Monitor solar power systems and analyze performance data
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues
- Coordinate repairs with field technicians and maintenance suppliers
- Implement optimization measures and upgrade hardware/software components
- Collaborate with design/installation teams on new technologies
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations
- Document maintenance activities and update operation manuals
- Provide technical support and deliver training to staff
- Support handover from installation to operation and participate in commissioning
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3–5+ years in solar operations, maintenance, or related field
- Experience monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar PV systems
- Strong data analysis capabilities and experience with performance optimization
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., NABCEP O&M) desirable

- Proficiency in solar monitoring/analysis software (SCADA, SolarEdge Monitoring, SMA Sunny Portal)
- Data analysis tools (Excel, Python)
- Understand PV technology, inverters, and balance of system components
