Overview
You join the M Renewables team in Italy to support solar park projects and site deployment. You’ll conduct pre-condition surveys, set up sites, and guide the installation team while ensuring electrical drawings are correctly implemented by subcontractors. You’ll monitor subcontractor work, report deviations, and help maintain construction flow and schedule. This role puts you at the heart of the green energy transition, shaping safe and efficient solar infrastructure with cross‑functional teams. You’ll apply your technical expertise to deliver high-impact, real-world results.
Responsabilità
- Pre-condition site surveys
- Initial site setup and establishment with HSE support
- Provide technical guidance to installation team
- Ensure correct implementation of electrical drawings by main subcontractor
- Supervise subcontractors' schedule and works
- Report deviations from PoW or scope by subcontractors
- Assist construction flow and timetable
Requisiti fondamentali
- BSc/MEng in Electrical Engineering
- MSc in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering is an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of solar power systems, electrical design, and relevant codes and standards
- 2-5 years proven track record in solar park construction is an advantage
- Ability to interpret electrical, mechanical and civil construction drawings
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Knowledge of AUTOCAD
