On behalf of our client, a leading software and IoT company specializing in industrial material tracking and the digitalization of related processes, we are looking for an AI Engineer to help build and drive the evolution of the company’s AI capabilities.
The organization already operates in a highly data-driven environment and is making significant investments to become a truly AI-driven business. The objective is not to add a chatbot to an existing product, but to develop AI solutions that create tangible impact across business processes, products, and operations.
The Role
You will join an environment where data is already structured, consolidated, and readily available.
You will have the opportunity to design and develop the company’s AI layer, helping define the technologies, methodologies, and solutions that will shape its future AI strategy.
You will work on real-world use cases involving IoT data, logistics events, tracked industrial assets, and operational processes, building solutions used daily by both internal teams and customers.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop systems based on LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI
- Build intelligent assistants integrated into business applications and products
- Develop AI agents capable of automating operational activities and supporting real-world workflows
- Design retrieval and knowledge management architectures leveraging structured data, documentation, and domain expertise
- Manage the lifecycle of AI solutions in production, ensuring quality, performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Apply Machine Learning techniques to real-world data for forecasting, anomaly detection, and process optimization
- Work closely with Software, BI, and Product teams to transform ideas and business needs into production-ready solutions

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for professionals with hands-on experience developing and deploying solutions based on Generative AI and Machine Learning.
Particular interest will be given to candidates with experience in:
- LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG architectures
- AI Agents and intelligent workflow orchestration
- Knowledge modeling and retrieval systems built on structured data
- Evaluation, monitoring, and optimization of AI systems in production
- Applied Machine Learning and time-series analytics
- Python-based software development for production environments
