Overview
In this role you will support the dealer network to grow parts sales through in-depth analysis, best practice implementation, and coaching. You will develop action plans, validate them with senior management and staff, and conduct comprehensive business reviews to uncover root causes. You’ll provide remote coaching support and help identify marketing opportunities to maximize independent repair opportunities. This position blends field work with strategic advisory, contributing to client transformation in the automotive aftersales space.
Responsabilità
- Assess current dealer status and opportunities
- Generate dedicated action plans with prioritized dealer actions
- Present plans to dealer senior management for buy-in
- Present plans to dealer staff to secure execution
- Conduct in-depth business reviews and root cause analysis
- Produce comprehensive findings and reporting
- Provide remote coaching support between visits
- Identify and support marketing campaigns to maximize opportunities with independent repairers
Requisiti fondamentali
- 1-3 years of experience in automotive aftersales projects
- Degree in economics, engineering, or business administration or equivalent
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in Parts Sales projects
- High adaptability to changing priorities
