Overview
As a Field Consultant for Central Italy (Toscana and Lazio), you will audit the authorized dealer workshop network and deliver findings through structured reports. You’ll monitor workshop objectives, collaborate with dealers to implement improvements, and support data-driven action plans. The role sits at the intersection of auditing, sales insights, and client communication, contributing to MSX’s mission to optimize dealer performance. You will travel across the region and partner with cross-functional teams to drive effective processes and tangible results.
Responsabilità
- Adhere to the audit plan and communicate progress to the customer
- Transmit requested audit information regularly
- Notify the customer promptly of any plan changes
- Suggest improvement actions via an action plan shared with the dealer
- Evaluate customer proposals for new audit procedures before acceptance
- Collect data useful for the action plan
Requisiti fondamentali
- Economics or Engineering degree appreciated
- at least one year of experience in automotive market – sales experience
- Strong marketing and sales skills
- Driving license required
- Willingness to travel across the assigned area
