Overview
As a Data Analyst on Moneyfarm’s Data Team, you will turn raw data into trusted information powering product decisions across Trading, Wealth, Pension, and Acquisition. You will oversee AI-assisted outputs, design analytics-ready data models, and KPI definitions, ensuring data quality for stakeholders including C-level and engineers. You’ll shape the evolution of our AI-enabled Data Platform and act as the data enabler for your stream-aligned group. This role blends hands-on analytics with governance to unlock measurable business impact.

Responsabilità
- Build a deep understanding of your business context and work with stakeholders to define analytics needs
- Direct AI tools to create queries, dashboards and reports, owning the output
- Design, build and maintain analytics-ready DBT data models with software-engineering best practices
- Own KPI definitions, metrics, and reporting for your area
- Facilitate data access and analysis for various stakeholders while adapting support levels
- Proactively address data quality issues and curate trusted outputs for decision-makers
- Refine vague questions into structured analysis plans with clear scope and tradeoffs
- Contribute to the Data Platform evolution, focusing on AI capabilities and semantic layer
Requisiti fondamentali
- ~2 years of relevant data analytics experience
- BSc or higher in a quantitative discipline
- Experience in fintech / wealth management is a plus
- Strong curiosity and attention to detail
- Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders
- Autonomous, able to balance quality and delivery
- SQL (essential)
- DBT, Airflow, Python (strong plus)
- BI tools: Tableau, Metabase, Looker
