Overview
In this role you will shape and execute data-driven, multichannel customer engagement strategies from our Milan HQ. You will work to optimise channel performance, drive consistent customer journeys, and expand reach with new digital channels. You’ll translate business needs into practical CRM requirements and partner with IT and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns. This is a hands-on role at scale, focused on increasing engagement and conversion while aligning with the company’s customer-centric goals.

Responsabilità
- Support global contact strategy definition and improve performance to optimise channel effectiveness and conversions
- Orchestrate email, SMS, and push notification campaigns across multiple touchpoints
- Manage campaign reporting and analytics with a test-learn-scale approach
- Ensure rollout of customer journeys across channels for a seamless experience
- Activate and test new digital channels to broaden reach
- Lead CRM project requirements and translate business needs for IT collaboration and implementation
- Coordinate with IT/tech teams for smooth integrations and platform enhancements
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years in CRM, digital marketing, or clienteling roles
- Strong knowledge of multichannel communication and campaign management tools
- Solid analytical skills to translate data into actions
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, journey design, and A/B testing
- Strong project management with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of digital trends and customer engagement best practices
- Fluent in Italian and English
