Overview
In this role you will lead procurement and contracts for data center builds across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region, aligning with Microsoft’s goals for scalable, efficient cloud infrastructure. You’ll work within the Execution Contracts Management function to plan, negotiate, and oversee complex contracts with multi-disciplinary suppliers. You will drive continuous improvement and data-driven decisions to deliver projects on time and on budget. Responsabilità
- Develop and implement procurement plans aligned with project goals and budgets
- Lead or participate in contract negotiations with suppliers
- Participate in supplier selection and performance management
- Oversee contract administration including notices, changes, claims, and other contractual matters
- Monitor supplier performance against contracted requirements and drive corrective actions
- Engage in strategic thinking to identify cost-saving opportunities and competitive advantages
- Pursue continuous improvement through streamlined processes and data analytics
- Uphold high integrity and confidentiality in all dealings
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor in Construction-related field
- Deep construction execution experience in supply chain and contracts management
- Experience delivering large-scale construction projects with contracts > USD 100M
- Experience leading procurement planning, RFP bidding, analysis and contract award
- Coordinating commercial/contractual teams on major construction projects in Europe
