Part of the European Supply Chain Business Unit, this role drives planning transformation, process excellence, and digital initiatives across Europe. Working closely with senior stakeholders in a complex international environment, it enhances planning capabilities and accelerates digital adoption. Based in the northwest of Milan.
- Join the European Supply Chain Team, collaborating with stakeholders across multiple European markets.
- Drive Supply Chain Planning transformation and strategic regional initiatives.
- Partner with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Finance, and IT to enhance planning capabilities and business performance.
- Act as a Planning Subject Matter Expert for key European projects and transformation programs.
- Ensure effective project execution by managing milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Support the rollout and adoption of advanced planning solutions, including o9 and SAP S/4HANA.
- Lead continuous improvement and process standardization initiatives across Europe.
- Design and enhance reporting, analytics, and planning tools using Power BI, Excel, and VBA.
- Deliver training and enablement initiatives to strengthen local planning teams.
- Provide actionable insights and project updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders
Requisiti
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Supply Chain Management, or Project Management roles within structured multinational experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, or similarly fast-paced international environments.Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes.projects, process improvement, and change management of Agile, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar project management methodologies is a plus.Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (mandatory).Advanced Excel skills, including VBA/Macro development (mandatory).Strong knowledge of Power BI.Knowledge of o9 is considered a plus.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.Comfortable working in a virtual, international, and cross-border environment.Fluent English (mandatory).
