In Guidonia, you will own and evolve the site’s Operational Technology landscape, ensuring reliable, compliant OT systems. You’ll drive projects, lifecycle management, and system availability for critical manufacturing and lab infrastructure. You’ll lead digitalization efforts, optimize integrations, and strengthen OT cybersecurity across operations. This role supports operational resilience, disaster recovery readiness, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced setting. You’ll shape industrial automation and network reliability with cross-functional partners.

Responsabilità
- Support, maintain, and advance the site OT landscape.
- Drive project delivery, lifecycle management, and compliance for manufacturing and lab infrastructure.
- Partner with local and global stakeholders to lead digitalization initiatives.
- Optimize system integrations and champion robust OT cybersecurity across operations.
- Ensure operational resilience and disaster recovery readiness to meet regulatory standards.
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3+ years in industrial automation, OT manufacturing, or process control
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or 6+ years relevant experience)
- Skilled in industrial networks, server infrastructure, and virtualization
- Strong knowledge of OT cybersecurity, risk management, and disaster recovery
- Proven analytical skills to troubleshoot complex systems independently
- Strong collaborator with cross-functional stakeholder management
- Fluent in Italian and English
