As Principal Consultant Operations, you will drive large-scale transformation in healthcare across EurAsia, partnering with hospitals and Medtronic teams to translate strategy into measurable impact. You’ll lead end-to-end programs, deliver practical solutions, and embed sustainable ways of working. The role blends consulting expertise with operational execution to optimize performance, scale solutions, and improve patient care. This remote-enabled position offers cross-market collaboration and travel primarily within the UK and EurAsia, shaping IHS Operations offerings along the way.

Responsabilità
- Lead end-to-end Operations transformation programs from strategy through implementation and impact
- Translate strategic recommendations into practical, sustainable solutions and new ways of working
- Partner with hospital leaders, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional Medtronic teams to identify opportunities and deliver value
- Identify, implement, and scale operational improvements to enhance healthcare performance
- Co-develop and continuously improve Operations offerings, solutions, and delivery toolkits
- Build scalable assets and knowledge-sharing approaches to accelerate transformation across regions
- Act as a connector across markets, supporting capability development, coaching colleagues, and driving consistency across IHS Operations
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master’s degree with strong academic record plus 7+ years of consulting or equivalent healthcare experience
- Proven experience leading end-to-end transformation programs with measurable results
- Strong understanding of healthcare or hospital environments and decision-making processes
- Solid program and project management skills in multi-stakeholder settings
- Ability to combine consulting expertise with hands-on operational delivery
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement with senior/C-suite
- Experience in supply chain, data analytics, healthcare transformation, digital health, or change management is advantageous
