In this role within McKinsey's Operations Practice, you contribute to capital excellence initiatives by diagnosing issues, building hypotheses, and delivering data-driven recommendations for clients across Europe. You will lead lean construction implementations and design capability-building plans to elevate client leadership and project performance. Responsabilità
- Identify issues and develop hypotheses for client problems
- Design and conduct analyses, synthesize conclusions into actionable recommendations
- Lead lean construction project implementations
- Develop short- and long-term capability-building plans for client leadership and project teams
- Collaborate with European teams to align strategies with clients' objectives
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring programs
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master’s degree and exceptional academics
- Broad experience in capital excellence topics (capital projects, capital management systems, real estate, infrastructure, construction)
- Leadership experience in work or extracurricular activities
- Willingness to take on European assignments during the work week
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex ideas in English and local office language
