Overview

As Continuous Improvement Manager, you will drive the Journey to Excellence program across the site, delivering measurable improvements in cost, quality and performance through Lean, TPM and digitalization. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and develop people capabilities to sustain a culture of operational excellence. You will translate data into actionable insights, design training, and coach teams to scale improvements plant-wide and beyond. This role offers impact at scale within a manufacturing environment and the chance to shape continuous improvement practices across sites.

Responsabilità

  • Lead cross-site continuous improvement initiatives and act as an internal consultant to identify opportunities and deliver measurable results.
  • Collaborate with process owners and functions to implement sustainable process improvements aligned with the site strategy.
  • Develop, track and report KPI metrics using data-driven insights to support optimization decisions.
  • Design and deliver training to build CI capabilities and reinforce a culture of operational excellence.
  • Coach and lead cross-functional teams to successfully execute improvement projects.
  • Promote sharing and replication of best practices and scale solutions across the plant and other sites where applicable.

Requisiti fondamentali

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; minimum 5 years in CI, Operations Excellence, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Quality in a production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, TPM, WCM, problem-solving methods and change management.
  • Proven project management, analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Understanding of production processes, supply chain, quality systems and GMP.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD 2D knowledge is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management with cross-functional collaboration ability.
  • Experience in coaching and leading teams in a high-performance environment.
  • Fluent English; continuous improvement mindset focused on people and process development.
