Overview
In this role you partner with Centre Managers, Facilities Managers, and operational teams to align technology with business needs across designer outlets. You’ll translate complex requirements into practical IT solutions, shaping secure, scalable systems and roadmaps. You’ll work across Group IT and local initiatives to improve operational performance and user experience, while simplifying technical concepts for non-technical audiences. This is a relationship-driven role that enables cross-country collaboration and impactful technology adoption.

Responsabilità
- Act as the main link between Centres and Group IT and manage relationships with Centre Managers, Facilities Managers and operations teams
- Align technology priorities with business needs and support the IT strategy
- Identify operational challenges and opportunities and shape secure, scalable, cost-effective tech solutions
- Manage competing priorities, maintain clear roadmaps and deliver local and Group initiatives
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Solutions and Service teams and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Drive adoption of technology to enhance operational performance and user experience
Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience supporting or coordinating technology initiatives in operational or site-based environments
- Knowledge of networking technologies (WAN/LAN) and end-user computing
- Experience with infrastructure or operational technology environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence across diverse teams
