In this role, you support the Director of Finance to oversee daily accounting operations and safeguard financial integrity. You will drive budgeting, forecasting and reporting, delivering timely insights to influence decisions and improve performance. As a trusted partner to hotel leadership, you’ll foster accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. You help balance strategic finance with operational excellence to enable an exceptional guest experience and sustainable growth. Responsabilità
- Oversee daily Accounting Office operations ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, analysis and reporting to inform business decisions
- Ensure integrity of P&L, balance sheet reconciliations and controls
- Manage internal, external and regulatory audits in line with Marriott standards
- Partner with operations to improve efficiency, profitability and resource use
- Leverage technology and analytical tools to enhance reporting and insight
- Coach and develop the finance team through open communication and recognition
- Maintain strong accounting controls to safeguard assets and support growth
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor in Finance or Accounting or related discipline
- Experience building high-performing teams and fostering accountability
- Strong commercial acumen balancing strategy and execution
- Experience in hotels or hospitality
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
