Overview
In this role you ensure health, safety and environmental standards across the site, aligning local legislation with company HSE policies. You will implement risk management, monitor controls for employees and contractors, and support continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to sustain high hygiene and emergency readiness, driving measurable safety outcomes. This is a hands-on position at a manufacturing site focused on reducing high-frequency and high-hazard risks.
Responsabilità
- Ensure compliance with local legislation and company HSE standards
- Implement effective risk management procedures
- Verify site controls, signage, and risk handling for workers, contractors, and visitors
- Maintain high health and hygiene conditions with appropriate emergency response
- Promote safe working practices for high-frequency and high-hazard risks
- Deliver high-quality HSE support (exposure monitoring, health promotion, health surveillance, training)
- Participate in key meetings and reviews
- Support LEAN initiatives
- Contribute to continuous improvement in Safety, Health and Environmental Sustainability
- Communicate effectively with different organizational levels
Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience as Assistant of RSPP
- Ability to influence and collaborate to achieve results
- Understanding of human behaviors and team dynamics
- Bachelor in Technical studies (Engineering background preferred)
- 4-5 years in a similar role
- Experience in Manufacturing sector
- Knowledge of safety legislation (d.Lgs 81/08)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Italian and English
