Overview
In this role, you lead the construction and industrial services scope, coordinating a cross-functional team from project brief to sustained performance. You oversee capital investments for fixed assets, including asset relocations or acquisitions, and ensure start-up of industrial services for optimal utilities distribution. You drive compliance with safety and hygienic standards, and manage building extensions or modifications in line with regulations. You work with external partners to deliver projects on time and within budget, from concept through closeout.
Responsabilità
- Organize project execution and manage budget
- Manage third parties (general contractor, system integrator) per regulations and standards
- Oversee project documentation and digitalization per group standard
- Issue and integrate URS with TAP/Utility & Corporate functions
- Coordinate tendering and work allocation for third-party contractors
- Achieve FAT, SAT, commissioning and close-out of snag list
- Control environmental communications with local authorities
- Ensure alignment between progress reports and execution, and validate deviations and change orders
Requisiti fondamentali
- 10+ years of experience in complex construction sites with industrial services in manufacturing environments
- Experience managing projects across entire lifecycle (definition, budgeting, implementation) in international settings
- PMI certification
- Health, Safety & Environment knowledge and capability to minimize injuries or damages
- Capital investment project management skills
- Background in Civil engineering or equivalent
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Leadership of cross-functional teams
