Overview
In this role you support rapid commercialization of innovative and improved product portfolios within the Polyolefins Europe Healthcare, Pharma, Medical segment. You will advise customers on the optimal use of LyondellBasell products with a focus on sustainability and circular concepts. You collaborate with R&D, marketing and asset management to bring new and enhanced products to market, while shaping market intelligence and industry trends. You will build strong internal and external networks to enable value creation across the customer chain and ensure high-quality product stewardship and data integrity. Responsabilità
- Coordinate with R&D, marketing and asset management to introduce new and improved products
- Plan and execute MPCs and customer trials to sustain competitive differentiation
- Build and maintain networks with key stakeholders, including customers, machine manufacturers and OEMs
- Identify opportunities for product improvements, cost reductions, and new applications
- Maintain product specifications, data sheets, PSB, and support product stewardship or regulatory needs
- Ensure high-quality data on customer portal for differential product stewardship
- Support customers in optimizing use of LYB products, address complaints, and coordinate with sales/marketing
Requisiti fondamentali
- University degree (or equivalent) in a scientific or technical field
- Experience in a technical environment (R&D, product development, manufacturing, or downstream customers) with knowledge of LYB products
- Very good English; additional European languages advantageous
- In-depth knowledge of LYB customers, brand owners, products and applications in the assigned segment
- Ability to operate in technical and commercial settings and translate product knowledge into customer benefits
