PRODUTION PLANNER

Overview

In this role you will coordinate production planning within the Planning Department to meet customer delivery commitments. You will interact with Quality, Operations, Purchasing, Procurement and Product Development to gain a broad view of luxury production processes. Your work will focus on scheduling, material supply, and progress monitoring in a fast-paced, international environment, contributing to on-time deliveries and process improvements. This position offers exposure to high-end fashion operations and opportunities to influence planning systems and reporting in a renowned Maison.

Responsabilità

• Receive orders from Central Supply Chain
• Schedule production launches and prepare progress plans for each supplier
• Ensure the supply of materials and monitor production progress to comply with delivery times and production methods
• Develop techniques and management systems to control production and deliveries with a focus on reporting
• Follow up with Central Supply Chain on delivery group progress

Requisiti fondamentali

• Master’s degree in engineering/economics or equivalent experience in Supply Chain
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
• 1–3 years of experience as Production Planner
• Experience in luxury/fashion is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment
• Cooperative with good teamwork and solid communication skills
• Advanced user of IT tools (Excel and management systems)
