Overview
As Production, Purchasing & Quality Manager you will lead LG, Accessories and Shoes production from planning to final delivery. You will manage internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring on-time, budget-aligned results and high quality. You’ll drive cross-functional collaboration with Development, R&D and Quality to optimize processes. This role offers impact in a prestigious luxury house within the LVMH group, with opportunities to shape production and supplier strategies. You will operate in a fast-paced, field-based environment, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership.

Responsabilità
- Lead and coordinate Production Planning; allocate orders across LG, Shoes, Bijoux, and Accessories
- Monitor budget and manage external vendors to meet delivery dates
- Coordinate weekly with Development, Industrialization and Quality teams
- Manage industrial production plan and supplier relationships; negotiate contracts and costs
- Oversee purchasing of raw materials; supervise pre-orders and delivery adherence
- Coordinate with tanneries, fabrics, and HW suppliers; validate leftovers and costs
- Lead and coordinate Quality Team; oversee Aftersales and Spare Parts
- Define and update Quality Standards and strategic quality improvement plans
- Monitor external production via visits; manage lab tests and wear tests
- Define packaging specifications and lead KPI-based reporting
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master's degree in engineering
- 10+ years in similar production/purchasing/quality leadership roles in industrial manufacturing
- Lean Manufacturing expertise
- Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel; proficient in Power BI
- Fluent in Italian; proficient in English or French
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership of cross-functional teams
- Career history with supplier negotiation and cost management
