In this Expert Advisor role, you guide clients through the Ready-to-Wear category, upholding the Louis Vuitton promise and delivering exceptional service. You act as the RTW voice in-store, partnering with the team to grow the category and showcase deep product knowledge. You handle demanding client situations, train peers, and collaborate with Visual Merchandising to maintain compelling displays. This role combines brand advocacy with sales leadership to shape a premier client experience.

Responsabilità

• Provide expert RTW guidance to clients, supporting colleagues with detailed information when needed
• Assess client style and recommend product matches as a strong style advisor
• Collaborate with the store team to achieve overall objectives and share product passion
• Develop extensive knowledge of the RTW category and stay ahead of competition
• Represent RTW as an ambassador, driving business and serving as a category reference in-store
• Partner with the Store Manager to grow sales and engage the team in selling skills and product knowledge
• Coordinate with Visual Merchandiser to ensure RTW category is well displayed
• Support Field Coach Trainer in developing selling skills and product knowledge in-store

Requisiti fondamentali

• Deep knowledge of the RTW product category
• Advanced clienteling skills
• Ability to engage and train the team

• Passion for the Brand
• Interpersonal skills and professional attitude
• Bachelor Degree a plus
• Fluent Italian and English
