YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENTMAIN PURPOSE
The ideal candidate will be responsible for a team dedicated to short-term planning activities, from the cutting department to the scheduling of weekly finished product deliveries, and will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the flow of materials and information, ensuring the efficient delivery of our products.
The Production Planning Manager will have the opportunity to build up knowledge on business processes on luxurious goods working in increasingly challenging and international environment and on engaging projects.
Job responsibilities Your impact Key Responsibilities- Ensures production launch planning, workload optimization across departments, and material availability checks
- Communicate with Central Planning to respect priorities and urgencies
- Monitors delivery progress and prepares detailed reports to be shared with the Production Manager and Production Director
- Holds responsibility for the raw material and finished product
- Actively participates in ongoing transformation projects, specifically regarding repair management and lead time reduction projects
- Master’s degree in Engineering or similar
- Position requires minimum 3 years of experience as Production Planner
- Nice to have an experience in Supply Chain Field
- Experience in luxury/fashion business will be a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment
- Detail oriented, highly organized, agile
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal attitudes
- Cooperative with good teamwork and solid communication skills
- Advanced user of IT tools (Excel and management systems)
Fluent in Italian and English, additional languages are a plus
Additional informationFor new joiners in this role, the initial annual gross salary is EUR 48.000
This salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria and corresponds to the compensation normally granted for this position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as your unique combination of experience and skills, seniority, and current organizational needs.
In addition to the benefits provided by law, further benefits may be granted in accordance with current company policies.
The employment relationship will be governed by the provisions of the applicable national collective bargaining agreement (CCNL Pelli e Succedanei) and the supplementary company agreement, as applied by Celine Production in Italy.
