Description
We are looking for a Media Specialist to join our Global Media team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and execution of media strategies across international markets, working closely with agencies and stakeholders to strengthen our brands, create meaningful consumer connections, and support business growth.
What you'll do
As Media Specialist, you will support the management of media activities at a global level, helping to drive alignment between brand objectives and local market needs.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Support the development and execution of integrated media strategies across offline and digital channels.
- Collaborate with media agencies to review and challenge media recommendations, ensuring alignment with business and brand objectives.
- Analyze media plans and campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to building effective media approaches that support both brand equity and business growth.
Agency & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key day-to-day contact for media agencies.
- Monitor deliverables, timelines, and quality standards to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Build constructive relationships with local markets and cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Digital, Content, and Finance.
- Facilitate collaboration and alignment among multiple stakeholders across different geographies.
Reporting, Governance & Budget Management
- Review media reports and campaign analyses, translating insights into clear recommendations.
- Consolidate information from agencies and markets into actionable summaries for management.
- Support media governance processes, ensuring compliance with guidelines and ways of working.
- Assist with budget tracking, reporting, and financial reconciliation activities.
What we're looking for
- Academic background in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Previous experience in a media agency or in a media/marketing role within an international company.
- Solid understanding of media planning across both digital and traditional channels.
- Analytical and data-driven approach, yet capable of keeping the bigger brand picture in mind.
- Experience in reviewing media plans, campaign reporting, and performance analysis.
- Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a complex international environment.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Salary And Benefits

- Initial annual gross salary of minimum € 38.000
- Premio per Obiettivi (PPO) equal to € 2500 at target level
